Senior Graphic Artist

BlueHalo is seeking a cleared Senior Graphic Artist to join our centralized, Intel Proposal Operations team, supporting our most strategic bids across the Sector. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on high-priority, high contract value, complex proposals. The Senior Graphic Artist will demonstrate strong conceptual problem-solving skills and the ability to translate our tailored solutions to some of our customers' most intriguing requirements into visually engaging graphics. This position reports to the Vice President of Proposals for Intel.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Leading iterative and fast paced graphic designs sessions to convert technical, management, and other solution ideas to compelling graphics.
• Creating illustrations, infographics, and videos for written and oral proposals.
• Translating storyboard content into graphical content.
• Collaborating with BD, Capture, technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solution Architects, writers, and other members of the proposal team to create compelling graphics disseminating the BlueHalo offering.
• Adhering to an established style guide.
• Attending proposal and team meetings.
• Conducting quality assurance checks on team members' artwork.
• Developing branding and other standardized templates and training.
• Participating in After Action Reviews (AARs) and Lessons Learned to develop and implement process improvements that help improve proposal quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI; ability to support both MPO and VA-R customers.
• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 5 years of experience working as a graphic artist responding to Federal Government solicitations.
• Successful execution of graphics on large, competitive, single award procurements of $50M+; evidence of a successful track record of high-quality, high-scoring proposals.
• Ability to be on-site in classified spaces in Maryland and Northern Virginia to work and submit proposals.
• Proficient in the Creative Suite Master Collection (i.e., Visio, Microsoft suite, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Experience designing from storyboards, bullet text, or written paragraphs.
• Participate in After Action Reviews (AARs) and Lessons Learned to develop and implement process improvements that help improve proposal quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph; ability to support both MPO and VA-R customers.
• Successful execution of graphics on large, competitive, single award procurements of $350M+
• 8 years of experience working in a competitive Federal Government proposal environment.

Salary Range: $105k-$180k
