The Manager, TA Strategy is responsible for setting organizational strategy of Talent Acquisition (TA). This role designs strategy and directs the activities to ensure alignment to the business priorities and to achieve business results. This role leads a team of advisors and analysts to manage programs, consult with the business, recommend and execute solutions that drive talent acquisition and performance results. Additionally, this role is focused on planning support resources across multiple talent acquisition functions, and creating, communicating, and implementing strategies that align to the organization's business objectives. Essential Functions
This role will oversee vendor management strategy across the organization, driving vendor performance and optimizing sourcing strategies. This role will support the development of VMO processes, data driven insights, and enterprise-wide vendor governance to improve service, reduce risk and maximize value. Preferred skills:
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience Five 5 years of HR, Talent Acquisition, or leadership experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be able to work with employees and management across all levels including outside vendors. Ability to Influence and persuade others to buy into goals or actions. Ability to organize concepts or ideas in a logical manner and communicate them clearly and concisely. Strong leadership, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Conditions Some travel required. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
