Salary: $75,000-$90,000 annually (Based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor-aligning HR initiatives with business goals while enhancing the employee experience. You'll work closely with leaders and employees across the U.S. and Canada, supporting a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced, global environment.


What You'll Be Doing:

Build trusted relationships to support employee and labor relations and foster a positive work culture
Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding and new hire integration experience
Manage U.S. and Canadian leave programs, including FMLA and ADA compliance
Oversee visa processes and support international mobility assignments
Serve as backup support for benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
Support limited recruiting efforts and deliver training on topics like workers' comp and supervisor development
Lead or participate in global and local HR initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements


What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years in a generalist HR role with broad HR knowledge
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation
* Experience with global mobility and visa processes (preferred)
* Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
* Proven ability to lead or improve HR processes
* HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) strongly preferred

Traits:
* Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Growth mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitude
* Willingness to travel up to 15% (U.S. and Canada), including occasional short-notice trips
* Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business needs
