Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands-on campaign management.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and integration of first-party data.
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization
- Knowledge of tracking technologies, including pixels, tagging, and attribution modeling.
