Staffmark has partnered with a metal heat treating company in Warsaw, IN, to find a skilled Load Builder to join their team. With opportunities for growth and development within the company, this position is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Schedule: 1PM - 9PM and 2PM - 10PM | varies depending on needs, overtime as needed | $18.75/hr.

Daily tasks will include unpacking orthopedic and aerospace parts, organizing and loading them onto racks and into heat treat baskets according to detailed instructions. The role requires careful handling, repetitive lifting, and adherence to specific loading procedures to ensure part integrity and quality. Teamwork, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment are essential to support efficient production and meet operational goals.

Qualifications: Manufacturing experience is preferred.
