Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Green Bay to use effective collection techniques to reduce outstanding receivables. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with customers to solve billing problems and make sure invoices get paid.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer transactions to resolve outstanding disputes.
  • Communicate with customers to identify risks and payment trends.
  • Identify invoicing and profile needs of customers through start-up calls.
  • Participate in account reviews with sales associates and customers.
  • Escalate problems to the appropriate parties when necessary.

Skills and qualifications:
  • At least two years of accounting or business experience preferred.
  • At least two years of customer service or transportation experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to make quick decisions.
  • Able to facilitate change and learn new processes.
