Mainframe Operator

What success looks like in this role:

* Leads teams in the delivery of Tech Support / Services across the full range of client interactions.
* Fields critical related incidents, requests and recurring requests received from the incident management system, clients and Unisys team members / stakeholders.
* Defines approaches and provides extensive business and/or technical expertise to attain objectives.
* Initiates process improvements for both internal and client application.
* Prepares, approves and coordinates the implementation of technical documentation and ensures that all technical, client and related documentation is correct and up to date.
* Recommends, develops and conducts training, and orientation.
* Ensures proper implementation of new solutions.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 7+ years' experience in area of responsibility
