At Cytek Biosciences, the Senior Business Systems Architect will be a driving force behind the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise applications. We are seeking a strategic thinker with deep expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, and MuleSoft to build seamless integrations, streamline operations, and deliver scalable solutions. In this critical role, you'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to fuel our digital transformation efforts and support our ambitious growth goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architect and Design Solutions

  • Lead the architecture, design, and integration of NetSuite, Salesforce, and other key systems to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Business Process Optimization

  • Analyze complex business requirements and recommend best-in-class solutions to enhance workflows across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain functions.

Integration Management

  • Manage and optimize system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms using MuleSoft or comparable technologies.

Technical Leadership

  • Guide system implementations and enhancement projects from requirement gathering to deployment, setting the technical vision and ensuring best practices are followed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align technology initiatives with strategic business priorities.

Security & Compliance

  • Uphold strict compliance with SOX ITGC controls and industry standards for security and data governance.

System Administration & Support

  • Provide ongoing system maintenance, performance tuning, and issue resolution across enterprise applications.

Documentation & Training

  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and deliver training sessions to empower system users and promote adoption.

Team Management

  • Coach and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in business systems architecture, specializing in NetSuite, Salesforce, and MuleSoft (or comparable middleware).

  • 5+ years managing IT teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven success in enterprise application integration (EAI), API management, and middleware implementations.

  • Strong understanding of finance, sales, supply chain, and ERP processes.

  • Experience operating in SOX-compliant environments with deep knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC).

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in NetSuite ERP architecture, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow.

  • In-depth experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and/or similar integration platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Skilled in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and ETL tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to build consensus and lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
