Call Center Representative
Location: Melville, NY (onsite NOT remote) Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM full time *Job Description:* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Call Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting appointments through both inbound and outbound calls, handling a high volume of calls at times. *Key Responsibilities:* * Schedule appointments via inbound and outbound calls from our Call Center. * Update patient demographics and pre-register in EPIC (training will be provided). * Accurately capture, enter, and report data to management. * Ensure timely provision of services. * Meet key performance indicators. * Report discrepancies and identify areas for improvement to supervisors. * Participate in special projects and assignments as needed. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Excellent computer and typing skills. * High School diploma or equivalent. * Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask, managing telephone and computer simultaneously. * Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. * High level of customer service and satisfaction. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Above-average ability to analyze, assess, and solve caller needs. * Ability to learn and apply new information and concepts in the area of responsibility. * Must be a team player. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45425.00 - $49375.00/yr.
