The ideal candidate is able to successfully maintain all Plant Health Care (PHC)/Lawn Care (LC) routes to minimize curb-to-travel time and maximize Revenue Per Hour (RPH), ultimately resulting in timely delivery of service and high customer satisfaction.
Schedule: Hybird (3 days remote - 2 days in the office)
*Essential Functions of the Role:*
*Route Preparation*
* Prepare and maintain efficient and productive routes, as assigned, in accordance with standard work and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Review and monitor routing reports, PHC, and Lawn Care calendars to ensure all services are accurately prepared and administered; partner with assigned Branches to validate seasonal conditions, production capacity and demands
* Routinely check weather for Branches in assigned region(s); utilize independent judgment to ensure services being rendered will not be affected, in accordance to Branch's established weather threshold
* Monitor "Routing Mailbox" to respond to any specialist and branch requests/needs
* Establish a positive rapport and maintain excellent communication with Branches via weekly debriefs, email and phone conversations and report any concerns to Routing Manager
* Preparation and notification of scheduled dates for pre-notification accounts, i.e. schools, daycares, hospitals, museums, business parks and multi-dwelling housing, and ensure service(s) for these accounts are delivered on scheduled days
* Comply with state(s) laws for neighbor notification of region being routed
* Execute special requests by Branches and Routing Director and or Routing Manager
*Administrative Responsibilities*
* Handle incoming needs and/or requests from Branches and customers related to service delivery
* Mail data sheets and bulletins as required by state or local regulations
* Review daily Geocode/Zone mapping report for errors and accuracy
* Maintain Omnitracs software and routing related documents for assigned branches
* Record specific tasks and services via visual tracking boards
* Compose branch status and 'service closing' emails weekly to monitor how branch is trending for production, capacity and RPH
* Assist various departments and Service Line Directors with projects and requests as assigned by the Routing Director and or Routing Manager.
* Other duties as assigned by management
* Issues or concerns regarding routing/branch and or customer service are to be resolved with guidance of the Routing Director and or Routing Manager.
*Physical Demands:*
Must be able to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 lbs. and navigate/use computer system.
