Administrative Supervisor PD_WEID Full Time 84720BR Job Summary This Administrative Supervisor oversees the WeiD unit of the Police Department. WeID dept. is responsible for producing ID cards for all UCSF employees, students, volunteers, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and visitors. WeID submits fingerprints for background checks and licensing requirements and basic notary services for UCSF operations. The position supervises a staff of five that provides these services at various locations throughout the UCSF campus and health facilities. Duties include staff oversight, writing evaluations, ordering supplies and equipment, keeping complete records, analyzing data, and providing expertise and recommendations to senior management. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. The annual salary range for this position is $87,900-$187,700, with a target entry point of $111,760.+ based on experience.
