Job Title: Facilities Technical Design Location: Charleston, SC 29403 Duration: 12 months assignment with possible extension Shift Schedule: 6:00 AM -7:30 AM (may need to be able on weekends or 3rd shift here and there) Pay Rate: $49/Hour on W2 without benefits Job Description: Review CSA submittals. Research and provide technical packages to assist Facilities Engineering resolve Requests for Information (RFI's). Analyze impacts of proposed changes or alternate studies. Provide timely updates/status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience reading & understanding infrastructure engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications. (Auto-CAD, Microsoft office) 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiences. 2 or more years' work experience on construction projects. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience working in an engineering, facilities and/or maintenance role in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing facilities. Experience with pavement repairs and equipment anchoring. Experience with grading, drainage, and storm water systems. Experience with flight line pavements. Experience writing or reviewing construction submittals. Education: Education/Experience: AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
