Job Summary

The Supply Chain Systems & Analytics Specialist will support supply chain on administration, processes, analytics, onboarding and training.

Primary Duties

  • Partner with supply chain on administration of ~200,000 parts in SAP, which includes new part set-up and changes to parts, as subject matter expert on each data point and their implications
  • Administer purchase orders in SAP as subject matter expert on each data point and their implications
  • Collaborate with contributors and necessary IT counterparts to identify opportunities and improve existing processes and procedures that will enhance the speed and accuracy of the updates and data
  • Provide support on projects by providing expert opinion related to the integration and processing of data relevant to the business
  • Analyze, maintain, run, and distribute supply chain reports as required.
  • Report on key supply chain metrics
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding and ongoing contributor training for the entire supply chain department

Qualifications

  • Understanding and/or competency in Supply Chain
  • SAP background not required but preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills


Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, master data, or related roles
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
