Job Summary The Supply Chain Systems & Analytics Specialist will support supply chain on administration, processes, analytics, onboarding and training. Primary Duties Partner with supply chain on administration of ~200,000 parts in SAP, which includes new part set-up and changes to parts, as subject matter expert on each data point and their implications Administer purchase orders in SAP as subject matter expert on each data point and their implications Collaborate with contributors and necessary IT counterparts to identify opportunities and improve existing processes and procedures that will enhance the speed and accuracy of the updates and data Provide support on projects by providing expert opinion related to the integration and processing of data relevant to the business Analyze, maintain, run, and distribute supply chain reports as required. Report on key supply chain metrics Responsible for new hire onboarding and ongoing contributor training for the entire supply chain department Qualifications Understanding and/or competency in Supply Chain SAP background not required but preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, Power Point Ability to work in a cross functional environment Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Engineering 3+ years of experience in supply chain, master data, or related roles Knowledge of ERP systems Dorman Products is an equal opportunity employer; we value a combination of ideas, perspectives, and cultures at our company.
