Job Summary

The Senior Analyst will support digital transformation efforts and enhance reporting capabilities within our supply chain operations. The role will focus on leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and utilizing advanced analytics tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. It will involve integrating new technology to modernize operations and automate workflows. This work will contribute to more informed decision-making and operational improvements. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure these process improvements alignment with organizational goals.

Primary Duties

  • Develop and implement digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency
  • Design and maintain advanced reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics tools to support strategic decision-making
  • Build visualization reporting and dashboards across Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, such as Power BI and Qlik, to provide data-driven narratives for leadership and to support front-line contributors
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into existing supply chain processes
  • Lead automation efforts to streamline reporting and reduce manual data processing
  • Develop, track, analyze, and report on functional KPI's within distribution network operations. Includes root-cause analysis, trend analysis and benchmarking studies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in supply chain analytics and digital transformation
  • Complete ad hoc analysis, reports, and presentations as required


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate ability and expertise to utilize quantitative and analytical skills to assess business situations and put forward plausible solutions
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and Power Platform
  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment and at times with multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills


Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, digital transformation, or related roles
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) and analytics platforms
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
  • Experience with process automation and digital transformation strategies
  • Experience with SAP and HANA
