Paid Time Off: Eligible employees begin accruing PTO on their date of hire. PTO combines vacation and sick leave, starting at 15 days per year for full-time employees. UMC also follows Washington State Sick Leave guidelines, providing one hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Position Description

Skills Required to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job: 1. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, Internet Browsers, Windows, and Explorer file management 2. Accuracy and efficiency with administrative and clerical procedures and systems including filing and records management systems. 3. Professionally handle phone calls. 4. Excellent organizational skills. 5. Strong oral & written communication skills. 6. Work effectively as a team with other employees as well as independently. 7. Work effectively with multiple interruptions and manage priorities. Education Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job: 1. Minimum (2) years experience in the construction industry. 2. Associate of Art Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
