Service marketing leader, Americas (Andover, MA or Pittsburgh, PA)

This role reports to the Sr. Director of America Service Growth & Global Marketing and is part of the Global Service Growth & Marketing team.

What will you be doing?

The position focuses on driving growth in the Americas service business by identifying opportunities across all business units, developing a strong service portfolio, and enhancing performance through market insights and analytics. Key responsibilities include downstream marketing efforts such as content creation, training material development, lead generation, and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional

This is a fixed term position that will end in August 2025.

What will you need to be successful?

To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and 8-12 years of experience in the medical device or technology industry, ideally with a background in service, sales, marketing, or operations. Success in this role requires a strong ability to analyze data for decision-making, experience with platforms like SAP and Salesforce, and proven skills in communication and consensus-building. You should also be capable of motivating change, establishing new processes, and have a solid understanding of digital marketing.

Travel Requirements: up to 20%

All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $120,000-150,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

In addition to base pay, the candidate is eligible for sales commission, incentives and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
