Department's Website: Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the coordination, implementation, and completion of projects within the portfolio of Division of Student Affairs Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Well-being, ensuring they align with institutional and divisional goals. Support for AVC and Team: Provide essential support to the Associate Vice Chancellor and team, assisting with administrative tasks and project tracking. Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with University Housing, Counseling and Psychological Services, University Recreation and Wellness, and Health Cetner to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with students, faculty, and staff to promote well-being initiatives across the campus. Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial accountability. Maintain thorough and current knowledge of Student Well-being department budgets and finances and participate in unit's quarterly reviews. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
