Here's what the opportunity requires: The Global Logistics Coordinator (GLO) role at TEKsystems Global Service (TGS) provides essential support to global engagement teams by coordinating travel logistics, procurement, onboarding, and other engagement requirements. It involves close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery operations, compliance processing, and timely issue resolution The role also enables Engagement leadership and acts as a control point for real-time updates and escalations. By ensuring consultants are properly equipped and aligned with expectations, this position plays a key role in the success of Global Service's Delivery. A successful GLO Project Coordinator possesses a skillset for the communication required to coordinate logistics, processes and technology. This position will begin as an external consultant with the intention to convert to an internal full-time employee within 12 months. This conversion will be determined by consistent evaluation of your performance, knowledge gained in the position and your ability to contribute to the workforce in a positive manner. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: *Communicate and coordinate engagement requirements for consultant teams with global recruiters. *Order and track supplies, mobile/laptop equipment, safety equipment/PPE *Coordinating events, meetings, travel logistics, and expenses *Supporting Salesforce requisitions and procurement ordering *Coordinating logistics for new consultants and employees *Collaborating with stakeholders and third parties to resolve issues *Administrative support to service delivery leaders *Reviewing and cascading project-work breakdown-packages to recruiters and consultants *Partners closely with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of onboarding processes and progress tracking/reporting in enterprise systems to meet operational level agreements (OLAs) *Communicate and coordinate with consultants working on engagements, ensuring schedule compliance, distributing work-scripts and rules of engagements *Implement and execute contingency plans in the event of resource conflicts (materials & personnel) *Provide comprehensive documentation and real time tracking of project status, interactions and escalations for global delivery and talent recruiting teams *Serve as the control point for posting and maintaining documentation related to engagements *Manage and document travel logistics for consultants in the field *Maintain a working knowledge of active customers, engagements, and Global Services processes as well as workflows *Works closely with Engagement Managers, Compliance Managers and vendors, and consultants to communicate expectations and quickly resolve delays Behavioral Competencies and Responsibilities: *Collaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. *Action Oriented: Emphasizes taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. *Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. *Instills Trust: Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Required Experience: *1+ years of related experience *Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language) *Analysis and critical thinking skills *Time management and organizational skills *Collaboration skills Preferred Experience: *Associate's degree *IT industry l *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
