We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Outbound Marketing Manager to own the external messaging, value proposition, and integrated marketing of Windows Pro and Copilot+ PCs. This role has a great amount of creative freedom to bring our story to life. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of driving change through action. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated outbound marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for our Windows commercial products. You will collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to create innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives. ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop, lead, and execute global demand generation campaignsacross various commercial customers and channels.Design and implement comprehensive marketing plansto promote Windows commercial products.Lead commercial integrated marketing activities, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)-aligned strategy, creative and content development, copywriting, brand alignment, and project management.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapeto inform marketing strategies. Manage and optimize marketing budgetsto ensure efficient use of resources.Develop Windows Pro messaging frameworks and associated content.Support a centralized content approach, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging aligned with core narratives and priority customer journeys.Create compelling marketing content, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and more.Create detailed customer journey maps to enhance user experience and engagement.Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies. Optimize lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates and Return on Investment (ROI). |
