Position Summary The Revenue Management team is responsible for maximizing ticket revenue on every flight, every day, within the JetBlue route network. The group is comprised of two teams-Yield Management and Pricing-that work closely together to ensure that JetBlue is selling the optimal number of tickets across the spectrum of prices available based on customer demand. The Manager Revenue Management, Pricing works with the Senior Manager, Revenue Management Pricing and leads a team of Pricing Analysts to formulate and execute JetBlue's pricing strategies to maximize revenue across the network and meet strategic, technical, and operational objectives. The Manager has direct responsibility for JetBlue's published and private tariffs, promotional initiatives, as well as all interline and specialty fare products. Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, analyze, and refine JetBlue's pricing strategies, policies, and best practices in response to changing market conditions.
- Oversee the efficient filing and distribution of fares and pricing rules in ATPCO, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
- Implement productivity and workflow enhancements that drive operational efficiencies, leveraging automation and business partners where feasible.
- Partner with Yield Management teams to identify strategic needs, process improvements, and opportunities for structural fare changes or tactical actions to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with broader Revenue Management and Retail Marketing teams to drive, design, and execute promotional and digital merchandising plans.
- Work with other internal JetBlue teams to develop and deploy interline, off-tariff, promotional and specialty fares, strategies, rules, and processes that support commercial objectives.
- Regularly communicate pricing performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Work with IT and technology business partners on new product development to ensure alignment with current and future business needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison with pricing business partners to ensure product quality.
- Manage, mentor and guide the Pricing team as it grows within the Revenue Management Department.
- Lead the development of newly hired crewmembers and deliver regular recurrent training.
- Assist with the new crewmember selection process.
- Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement.
- Engage in other ad-hoc projects and analysis as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or a related field OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least five (5) years of previous relevant work experience
- Four (4) years of revenue management experience
- Two (2) years of airline pricing experience
- Available for overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Five (5) years of pricing and/or revenue management experience
- Two (2) years of direct management and/or leadership experience
- Two (2) years of hands-on experience working within Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) rules and categories
- Two (2) years of hands on experience working within Sabre AirVision Fares Manager or other fares management applications
- Knowledge of airline industry trends and travel technology

- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
- Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $112,000.00 and $136,200.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
