In this position you will be responsible for setting the vision and the strategic development of workplace environment design and space/relocation solutions that proactively supports business space needs, provides a productive and positive employee experience and defines our culture. You will manage an internal team and external consultants to provide interior design and consultation services to develop best in class, future-proof, cost effective workplace solutions. You will report to the Director of Workplace Development.
Position Compensation Range: $86,000.00 - $142,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

Working Conditions Not applicable. The ideal candidate will bring: Precision in design and construction documentation and processes. 5+ years of experience in interior design projects, including office space reconfiguration, project management, or site supervision roles Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to furniture design and manufacturing, such as ergonomic standards and safety requirements. Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783. #LI-Hybrid Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based upon the needs of the role.
