Who We Are Looking For

The HR Assistant is responsible for offering day-to-day support to employees, the HR Team, and completing various HR functions including enforcing policies, programs, and practices for our employees. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office). The hours are mid-shift to accommodate our West Coast employees.

What You Will Work On

* Monitors the HR Inbox and addresses incoming inquiries

* Provides HR support to employees

* Completes verifications of employment

* Maintains the data integrity in the HRIS system

* Responsible for completing Employee Status Change forms

* Send out new hire welcome gifts

* Assist with onboarding of new employees

* Answering HR related phone calls

* Sort HR related mail received in the office

* Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

What You Will Bring

* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

* Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner

* Must be able to interact with employees at all levels

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

* Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

* Strong problem-solving skills

*Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources preferred

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
