Factory Business Process Owner

In this role, you'll work within the factory and across the HUB to execute impactful projects, troubleshoot business challenges, and enhance our processes from Quotation through Warranty. How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop process maps and define current business practices for SAP upgrades.

• Deliver continuous improvements aligned with the strategic vision of HUB functions and factories.

• Participate in projects across all business functions to drive process enhancements.

• Document and verify business enhancements against HUB strategy.

• Investigate and prioritize business requirements to define project scope and objectives.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex problems, implementing preventive measures.

• Maintain and support a variety of systems, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.

• Lead internal testing and coordinate with business champions, documenting standard work packages.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in business, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven relationship-building and project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated team orientation, motivation, and flexibility.

• Ability to travel domestically (10-30%) for project updates and team meetings.

• Value Stream Mapping and ERP experience are a plus.
