Job Title: Repair Worker/ Maintenance worker /Laborer Location: 3000 Erie Street South Massillon OH 44646 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr on W2 without benefits Duration: 06+ months (possible extension) Hours/week: 40hrs Shift timings: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Must Have: Maintenance. Repairing Roles and Responsibilities: Performs skilled & semi-skilled maintenance in replacement, minor installation, &/or repair of plumbing equipment, heating & air conditioning, work on electrical equipment (e.g., light fixtures, electrical outlets, switches), semi-skilled & skilled carpentry work, doors, locks, painting, fixtures, rooms, patches plaster & prepares surfaces for painting. Operates machine tools assists in repair & maintenance of interior & exterior maintenance equipment & other specialized equipment. Completes work related reports, orders & inventories maintenance equipment/supplies. Performs other related duties as required: performs custodial duties related to maintenance projects (e.g., mops, sweeps, washes walls & windows). Performs grounds keeping duties (e.g., removes snow/ice from walkways). Required skills: Plumbing. Maintenance. Carpentry. Repairing. Grounds keeping. Required Qualification: Prior Maintenance skills. Required Education: High school diploma.
