Your Role With Us:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Salem Health, you are a vital part of our patient care team. Your role goes far beyond routine tasks-you are the compassionate heart of the care experience. You will work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives personalized, high-quality care. Within your scope of practice, you will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and vital sign monitoring. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety help maintain a clean, secure, and healing environment.

Your empathetic nature and strong communication skills will allow you to build meaningful connections with patients and their families, offering not just physical care but emotional reassurance. Your Background and Experience:

• Currently certified in the State of Oregon to practice as a CNA.
• Have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
• Well-developed computer skills and ability to lean additional programs with minimal training.
• Ability to work tactfully and effectively with physicians, nurses and other hospital employees
