- Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee daily production requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, in collaboration with other leads and supervisors.
- Supportive Staffing & Scheduling Coordination: Collaborate with team members to assist in coordinating staffing needs, managing schedules, and determining overtime requirements.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain optimal performance.

Qualifications - Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in leading and facilitating team meetings, providing updates, and fostering collaboration.
- Experience leading projects intended to engage and empower team members.
- 3 or more years' experience in production environment preferred.
- Technical understanding of processes in the scope of the lead position preferred.
