The Senior Financial Analyst will possess advanced knowledge of Management Accounting information, the Cognos reporting and analysis tool, and data warehouse system and business line systems. Collect, analyze and present self-directed financial information to help company management make sound business decisions and realize profit objectives. Provide thoughtful, accurate and precise analysis of data, effectively incorporating both fact and intuition into analysis and decision making. Use strong communication skills to clearly explain financial results, profit improvement opportunities and financial analysis outcomes as well as exhibiting effective leadership skills. Exhibit a strong potential for developing project management and problem solving skills.

This person will also:

• Handle model & operational processing, validation & maintenance.

• Provide ad hoc analysis & miscellaneous requests.

• Communicate & present in an effective, concise manner.

• Manage projects.

• Work on report development & generation.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting or Finance. Required

Experience

• 4-7 years Financial services industry, with a background in financial analysis, enterprise reporting, cost accounting or general accounting. Required
