THE JOB: As a Food Runner at Rivea at Mandalay Bay, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests. Delivering beautifully plated dishes with warmth, accuracy, and attention to detail. Your ability to confidently describe menu items and answer guest questions enhances not just the meal, but the entire experience.
