THE JOB:
As an Apprentice Bartender, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of our banquet bars, setting the stage for extraordinary guest experiences. From setting up bars to assisting bartenders, your dedication to excellence and ability to handle physically demanding tasks will ensure events run smoothly in one of the most dynamic environments in Las Vegas.

THE STARTING RATE:$15.6545

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist the bartender with preparation of drinks, mixes and garnishes

• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area

• Maintain sufficient stock of all items and products in designated work areas

• Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice

• Clean equipment, tools, supplies, polish glassware and ensure equipment is in working order

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year experience in a high-volume environment as a bar porter, apprentice bartender or bartender

• Knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience

• Comfortable with the physical demands of moving and setting up bar equipment across a large venue
