Job Description

This position is responsible for the management and handling of escalated complex inquiries of internal and external customer service requests. The incumbent ensures accurate and timely completion of department responsibilities and ensures internal and external records are completed within regulatory guidelines.

What you do



  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of associates.
  • Leads a high performing team through recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Assists associates in providing quality customer service; resolves escalated issues and concerns for associates in field offices, agents/brokers, and other group partners.
  • Ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifies process improvements, recommends innovative programs, and delivers training and development programs designed to continuously improve performance and achieve results.
  • Processes compensation and manages the administration of fees and administrative tasks associated with these processes.
  • Handles the documentation of various processes used within the department along with the maintenance and development of procedures; includes communication and training to access the documentation.
  • Develops business cases including cost/benefit analysis for system enhancements, remedies, and process improvements.



What you bring



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of Insurance or Licensing experience required
  • Less than 2 years supervisory experience required

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
