JOBSUMMARY/JOBDUTIES: Directs and coordinates activities of distribution facilities . Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory. Coordinates activities of distribution facilities with activities of sales, record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability of merchandise. Communicates daily with cross-functional teams (i.e. outside carriers, plants, sales, finance, etc). This position operates within a Tier 1 or Tier 3 Depot, a Tier 2 Depot featuring multiple Coordinators, or a hub equipped with an additional leader for the majority of the shift. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED equivalent;and1yearofrelated experience in a warehouse or Depot PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
