Are you a passionate, well-connected leader ready to make a lasting impact in your community? We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill a Resource Development Manager position that will drive all private fundraising and community engagement efforts for our clint's mission-driven organization supporting individuals with disabilities. This is a high-impact role with real growth potential - including a path to Executive Director for the right candidate.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead non-governmental fundraising efforts through events, campaigns, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and nurture relationships with local business owners, philanthropists, and community leaders
  • Represent our mission publicly and passionately as a key ambassador in the community
  • Develop fundraising materials, grant applications, and donor communications
  • Collaborate with leadership and the board to align goals and drive growth




Qualifications:



  • A respected community member with strong local connections
  • Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or community engagement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a heart for advocacy
  • Bonus: Experience in event planning or campaign creation
