Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $12.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and organize materials for monogramming, selecting appropriate fabrics and thread colors
• Operate monogramming machines with precision and care
• Calibrate and set up equipment for each project
• Inspect finished products to ensure top quality and suggest improvements as needed
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues to maintain productivity
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order completion

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Monogramming Specialist or similar role
• Strong eye for design and detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of various fabrics, threads, and embroidery techniques
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
