Billing Specialist

Staffmark is hiring a Billing Specialist in Marietta, GA for a leading logistics and freight solutions company. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Review and analyze carrier freight bills for accuracy
• Identify and resolve billing errors, discrepancies, or duplicates
• Facilitate timely billing of orders to customers
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve outstanding issues
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up with transportation providers
• Collaborate across departments to eliminate billing roadblocks
• Continuously seek ways to improve billing cycle times and efficiency

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in billing, audit, accounts receivable/payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to present clear, concise data and insights to various audiences
