Pay rate: $22 - $28/hr. Key Responsibilities: This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to employees, clients, vendors, and customers by maintaining a friendly and knowledgeable office environment. Key responsibilities include processing sales and purchase orders in Oracle, managing accounts receivable inquiries, handling payments, supporting inventory checks, and organizing delivery documents. The position also involves assisting office, sales, and warehouse staff, performing receptionist duties, and participating in quarterly physical inventory. Strong communication, attention to detail, and adherence to company SOPs are essential for success in this multi-functional office support role. Qualified candidates will have three years of experience with office work and accounts receivable.
