Are you a detail-driven, energetic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being part of a successful real estate transaction? Join our growing team as a Mortgage Loan Title Closer and help make every closing smooth, accurate, and stress-free!

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $19 - $25/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Schedule and coordinate real estate closings with precision.
  • Clear titles, prepare CPL letters, preliminary invoices, and title policies.
  • Order payoffs, title updates, and collect essential documentation.
  • Communicate closely with lenders, realtors, and clients to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals and keep things moving from start to finish.




What We're Looking For:



  • Two years of mortgage, loan, title experience
  • Strong attention to detail, great math skills, and excellent customer service.
  • A team player with top-notch communication, tech skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Positive, professional attitude and a drive to learn and grow.
