Shipping Specialist

Staffmark is hiring a Shipping Specialist for a leading hand tool manufacturer in Annandale, MN, recognized as a Top Workplace and recipient of the Manufacturing Excellence Award. Join a team committed to quality and innovation in the HVAC, exterior remodeling, and fencing industries.

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and palletize customer orders
• Ensure order accuracy and product quality
• Schedule shipments and enter shipping data
• Use handheld scanners and shipping software
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 months of shipping or warehouse experience
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with scanners and basic administrative tasks
• Team-oriented and detail-focused
