The Opportunity:
Adobe is looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to champion adoption of Adobe's own suite of products. As the Senior AI Product Manager | ATS AI & Customer Zero Adoption, you will drive "Customer Zero" initiatives within ATS, enabling teams through the seamless integration and usage of Adobe's latest tools within Adobe itself. Your goal is to ensure that Adobe serves as a model user of its own products, encouraging a culture of innovation and setting leading practices that will be shared with customers worldwide. Reporting directly to the Director for ATS AI and Customer Zero Adoption, you will help to build and enable a comprehensive product strategy from conception and definition through end of life. You'll function as a critical resource for product development teams to receive feedback on Adobe products based on successful deployment and adoption across ATS. You'll promote the use of new technology and industry-leading trends as part of the overall adoption portfolio. This role in the ATS - Transformation Management Office will influence Senior Director+ level leaders and span multiple product groups including influencing decision making and key findings for the CZ adoption roadmap. You'll drive a coordinated approach to problem solving, working with various BUs and, potentially outside of Adobe.
What You'll Do:
Drive Internal Product Adoption ("Customer Zero"):
- Act as the internal ambassador for Adobe products (including AI tools), ensuring Adobe is the first and best user of its own products.
- Develop strategies to embed Adobe tools into internal workflows, showcasing leading practices that can be shared externally.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to capture insights and real-time feedback, driving continuous product improvement.
2. Drive Adobe AI Tool Adoption and Literacy:
- A heavy focus will be place on Adobe's AI and machine learning capabilities, promoting tools that enhance productivity, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions to enhance AI tool literacy across Adobe teams.
- Streamline and innovate workflows across departments by enhancing current ways of working with the latest AI solutions.
3. Feedback and Insights Loop:
- Build a structured feedback loop to capture insights on product use, challenges, and opportunities, relaying this data to product teams for iterative improvements.
- Partner with internal teams, including IT, HR, and department heads, to align tool adoption strategies with organizational needs.
4. Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure adoption, usage, and impact of Adobe's products and AI tools internally.
- Create and present regular reports on adoption progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
5. Organizational Change and Communication:
- Craft and implement a comprehensive organizational change plan to promote the adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal communications to build and share content that inspires enthusiasm for Adobe's own products, including AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Product Management, or related concentration. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in product adoption, digital transformation, or product management, with a strong background in organizational change and cross-functional leadership.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe products, especially Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Document Cloud, is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI/ML tools and applications, ideally within an enterprise environment.
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills with large datasets, with experience in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and aligning cross-functional teams around new technologies and workflows.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, with experience presenting to C-level executives and facilitating training for diverse audiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
