Your Role at Baxter: As the Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Informatics (ES&I) you will lead a high-performing team focused on developing and executing strategic engagements with the top 120 Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and government healthcare accounts. Your role is pivotal in communicating and validating the value of Baxter's solutions at the C-suite level within the healthcare organizations in collaboration with and support of the US national sales team efforts. These organizations are overarching within Baxter working collaboratively across all segments and divisions Medical Products and Therapies (MPT) Segment ($5.2B segment includes our Infusion Therapies & Technologies and Advanced Surgery divisions. Medication solutions to help ensure the right treatment is delivered safely and efficiently.), Health Systems & Technologies (HST) Segment ($2.9B segment includes our Care & Connectivity Solutions and Front Line Care divisions; and Pharmaceuticals Segment ($2.4B in revenue via Injectables & Anesthesia and Drug Compounding divisions). You will lead a team of ES&I professionals and Strategy Health Systems Executives (HSE) who utilize evidence-based practices, clinical and operational data, and health economics to articulate the financial and patient care impact of Baxter's offerings. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, medical affairs, digital solutions and business segment teams (HST, MPT & Pharma) to develop integrated customer strategies aligned to both commercial and public healthcare sectors. Your Team: As the Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Informatics, you will report to the AVP Strategic Solutions. Furthermore, you will lead a team of 8 Health System Executives with clinical backgrounds. Your Location: This is a field-based, remote role covering the United States with expected overnight travel of 50%. Candidates are expected to reside in close proximity to a major airport. Ideal locations in the Midwest, Southeast or east coast include Chicago, Dallas-Ft Worth, greater NY, Boston, Charlotte, Atlanta, etc. What You'll Bring:

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $216,000 - $297,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
