We are looking for a highly skilled DevSecOps Product Manager to join our Labs Central Technologies team. In this role, you will lead the development of solutions for software build infrastructure and pipeline automation, making a significant impact on our organization.

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to join the Labs Central Technologies team to lead the development of solutions for the Secure Software Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the requirements for enhancing security and quality, ensuring compliance, improving productivity, and optimizing organizational processes. You will lead the strategy, development, and execution to meet internal partners and external market needs to protect revenue and enable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevSecOps, product management, and experience with automation tools and security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define & drive strategic direction and roadmaps for the DevSecOps - Secure Software Factory
• Interface with R&D partners across the enterprise to understand current and future requirements
• Work closely with R&D managers to scope requests and staffing decisions, drive effective tradeoffs and support program execution
• Develop & maintain relationships across Keysight to identify emerging needs and challenges and communicate trade-offs
• Work with stakeholders in the Secure Software Factory to translate business requirements into actionable roadmap, and manage the backlog by prioritizing critical features based on the business case
• Present solution updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure solution adoption and success

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Working experience in the development, launching, and supporting DevSecOps solutions
• 7+ years of experience working with Agile/scrum development methodologies
• Strong understanding of build infrastructure, pipeline automation, and security practices
• Proficiency with software build automation tools and integrated security testing
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control.

Santa Rosa, CA Pay range: MIN $153,090.00 - MAX $255,150.00

Colorado pay range: MIN $141,750.00- MAX $236,250.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
