Role Summary
- Emphasize ethics and integrity, supporting Vantive's mission through interactions with external stakeholders
- Compliance team plays a critical role in monitoring the effectiveness of internal control environments and evaluating the reliability of financial reporting
Responsibilities
Interactions
- Review HCP interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance with global policy and local regulations
- Identify non-compliance issues and resolve them with internal customers
- Monitor requests in the compliance tool (Pega) for timely processing and closure
- Ensure all required documentation is entered before closing interaction files in Pega
- Provide guidance on using the compliance tool to key internal customers
- Prepare interaction dashboards and present statistics to senior leaders
- Conduct data analysis reviews to identify risks and non-compliance, and present findings to senior leaders
- Provide regular training to internal customers
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation
Internal Controls
- Standardize internal control processes, enhance documentation and testing procedures
- Facilitate documentation of controls over processes executed by Shared Service Centers (SSC)
- Coordinate with SSC teams to gain understanding of control decisions
- Identify pain points in control design and execution, design effective solutions
- Assist in communication with the organization and external auditors regarding the compliance approach
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience enforcing company policy compliance
- Working knowledge of systems like Pega, JD Edwards, and Concur
- Understanding of internal controls, operational, and system control procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, desire to learn and contribute
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Educational Requirements
