Role Summary

  • Emphasize ethics and integrity, supporting Vantive's mission through interactions with external stakeholders
  • Compliance team plays a critical role in monitoring the effectiveness of internal control environments and evaluating the reliability of financial reporting

Responsibilities

Interactions

  • Review HCP interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance with global policy and local regulations
  • Identify non-compliance issues and resolve them with internal customers
  • Monitor requests in the compliance tool (Pega) for timely processing and closure
  • Ensure all required documentation is entered before closing interaction files in Pega
  • Provide guidance on using the compliance tool to key internal customers
  • Prepare interaction dashboards and present statistics to senior leaders
  • Conduct data analysis reviews to identify risks and non-compliance, and present findings to senior leaders
  • Provide regular training to internal customers
  • Drive continuous process improvements and automation

Internal Controls

  • Standardize internal control processes, enhance documentation and testing procedures
  • Facilitate documentation of controls over processes executed by Shared Service Centers (SSC)
  • Coordinate with SSC teams to gain understanding of control decisions
  • Identify pain points in control design and execution, design effective solutions
  • Assist in communication with the organization and external auditors regarding the compliance approach

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience enforcing company policy compliance
  • Working knowledge of systems like Pega, JD Edwards, and Concur
  • Understanding of internal controls, operational, and system control procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, desire to learn and contribute
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
