Instructional Systems Designer As a Part-Time Instructional Systems Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting effective training programs. You will need to leverage your extensive knowledge of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model to design, develop, plan, and organize various training solutions, including instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), and blended learning solutions (BLS). Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Instructional Systems Designer: $30 - $35/hour. Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
