JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Oversees the daily operations at a residential facility, ensuring client care and safety; scheduling services and activities, implementing protocols, and maintaining compliance with residential policies and procedures as well as providing daily supervision for other residential staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the daily operations of residential facility. Supervises team of multi-leveled staff.
  • Observes and documents client compliance with medication regimes as dictated in the treatment plan; supports clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client's medical and health care needs.
  • Coordinates implementation of agency programs as specified by supervisor.
  • Maintains the safety and cleanliness of the environment. Follows agency protocols in emergencies, ensures monthly fire and tornado drills are conducted as required.
  • Completes assessments and reassessments as needed .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.

* Customer service skills.

* Knowledge of role and function of various community resources.

* Problem solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Bachelor's degree preferably in social work, psychology, or related field. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree upon approval. Master's degree preferred.

Years of Experience

Two years of experience in behavioral health environment.

Certification/Licensure

N/A

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pay Range:

$43,900.00--$61,370.00
