Overview
POSITION: Controller LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH 45226 WEEKLY HOURS: 40 Oncology Hematology Care (OHC) is currently seeking a financial leader to join our Executive Leadership team and serve as Practice Controller. The individual will assume typical CFO duties to consult with physician owners and advise up-line management regarding financial programs in our multi-site healthcare organization. The Controller collaborates with practice leadership and physician owners in determining financial goals for the various operating units, analyzes and reports variances and maintains general ledger and related systems for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. He/she develops management reports, coordinates and monitors financial budgets and ensures financial reporting is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Management services for OHC are provided by McKesson, a fortune 10 company through the US Oncology division. Monday through Friday daytime work schedule. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance. Minimum seven years of experience in fiscal management. Three years public accounting experience preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.
