How you will make history here...

  • You will work on one or more of the iconic Snacks brands, including Goldfish, Kettle Chips, Pepperidge Farm cookies and bakery, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps and Snyder's of Hanover Pretzels.
  • You will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's path to future growth. You will successfully launch critical commercial priorities and craft compelling marketing briefs that will inspire breakthrough consumer marketing and drive our sales and share to unprecedented heights.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development, packaging innovations, and captivate storytelling that resonates with our diverse consumer base.

What you will do...

  • Analyze key business metrics (share, competitive, consumption drivers), monitor performance against business objectives and translate analysis into action.
  • Own execution for consumption analysis and volume forecast, working with demand planning and sales strategy to deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Quantify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan.
  • Collaborate closely with brand operations, integrated marketing, and innovation teams to align strategies and ensure successful brand development and activation.
  • Support the development of a strategic framework for the brand's growth plans over a 3-5 year period, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of products and initiatives. Work with leadership to continuously evolve and refine the brand's foundations to stay relevant and competitive.
  • Act as a liaison between the brand and integrated marketing teams. Define campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and corresponding tactics that align with the brand positioning and target consumer. Ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the innovation team to create a pipeline of new products and platforms that align with the brand's strategic direction. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization. Collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning.
  • Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide future plans.
  • Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and project management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.
  • Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic everchanging working environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving exceeding strategic business goals.
  • Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA Strongly preferred
  • Food and beverage/CPG experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$115,300-$165,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
