Equiliem Healthcare is seeking qualified candidates for a specialized role in the healthcare field. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in surgical assistance and patient care.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Weekend shifts are on-call only
• Holiday shifts will be determined based on unit needs
• First-time travelers will be considered, though experience is highly preferred
• Block scheduling is not available
• Required Certifications: NJ License, BLS; CNOR preferred
• Floating to other units will be discussed during the manager interview
• On-call duties are required and will be discussed in the manager interview

• Bariatrics
• Endo/Lap
• General Surgery
• GYN
• Robotics
• Thoracic
• Urology

Specific equipment experience required includes:

• Colorectal Robotic
• Da Vinci SP
• Da Vinci XI
• GI Robotics
• GYN Robotics
• VATS

• Charting System: Epic
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided
