YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

The Treasury Operations Analyst will be supporting activity in Cash Management, Treasury Operations, Corporate Finance, and Reporting. The candidate will primarily have an operational and analytical role, working on a variety of subjects. By covering a wide variety of areas within Treasury, the candidate will be able to build a broad understanding and foundation.

A closely collaborative team with a high degree of teamwork and some fluidity in job roles. Daily workload can be dependent on the volume of cash flow activity, with mornings being the busiest time. Due to the nature of cash and liquidity management, workdays for this position need to begin by 8AM. Interactions can include executive management team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation. Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained.

  • Execute daily wires, ACH and PayMode payments. Confirm ACH and wire payments are released according to due dates.

  • Process remote deposits and credit card requests.

  • Assist with treasury implementations and initiatives.

  • Oversee and manage Bank of America Cash Pro application, Laserfiche wire approvals, and Kyriba treasury workstation. Includes adding and deleting users, training, providing support, and troubleshooting.

  • Primary administrator of approximately 50 bank accounts (opening, closing, services, and signatories). Work with banking partners and corporate users ensuring appropriate security, safeguards, and adequate controls are in place.

  • Interact with various internal constituents and depository banks as needed. Act as a Treasury liaison with the company's business units in handling bank inquires and related matters.

  • Provide documentation upon internal and external auditor's request.

  • Various analysis and ad hoc reports of bank fees and cash.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Resourceful and Conscientious of producing quality work products.

  • Energetic to learn and high degree of initiative.

  • Ability to juggle priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

  • High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and organizational skills.

  • Operates efficiently under fixed deadlines.

  • Occasional Travel possible.

  • Must reside within 75 miles of a Smithfield office to ensure daily responsibilities are completed appropriately. Must be able to commute to a Smithfield office to complete in person responsibilities as needed
