About the Job

Regal Rexnord is continuing to expand, and as the Supply Chain gets faster and more data-driven, we are seeking a Manager of SIOP Business Analytics to be a critical part of this exciting digital transformation. A successful leader of this team will drive strategic initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and bias, to drive cost savings, and to drive improved customer service levels. The individual for this role should be highly analytical, with strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach to building intelligence, insights, and innovation across the business units.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Intelligence

  • Leverage trusted data sources & technologies to communicate key performance measures to cross-functional business partners, and audit and escalate the data to ensure information integrity.
  • Develop & Support insightful and interactive reports & dashboards, ensuring the functionality & visibility evolves with the needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with end-users to formulate use-cases that solve complex data-related problems, and translate these needs into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate effective technical and non-technical communication with individuals at all levels to deliver business value, adoption, and standardization.
  • Analytics Engineering
  • Collaborate with business teams, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure data is structured and accessible for analysis.
  • Assess performance of current tools and define opportunity areas to further leverage tool capacity & capabilities. Evaluate accuracy, and drive strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes to prepare data for consumption & analysis by the business.
  • Drive best practices in data modeling, governance, quality, and performance optimization, while advocating for modern analytics architectures & technologies.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and/or related field, with minimum of 5 years of industry experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
  • Experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Visualization techniques, & BI Development tools with a demonstrated track record of developing new data intelligence solutions.
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI and relating scripting, inclusive of DAX, SQL, and Python.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and is flexible in adapting to changing trends in the business and ad hoc projects and requests.
  • Uses analytical thinking to make critical decisions in the company's best interest while recognizing the impact of these decisions on other functional areas downstream.
  • Preferred experience with ERP/MRP/Order Management platforms (Oracle, Demantra, SAP, etc.).
  • Hybrid work-environment, with weekly onsite availability in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
