Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team. We're looking for a technical product owner to help us scale and evolve our internal enablement platform ecosystem for a global sales team. In this role, you'll translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, drive integration design, and build working prototypes to explore and validate new solutions. You'll partner with our enablement team, IT, and external vendors to ensure our tools (Seismic, LMS, Salesforce, Snowflake, and others) are tightly integrated and continuously improving. This role is a great fit for someone with a technical background and a product mindset - someone who loves solving problems, understanding systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value. You should be comfortable working across low-code tools and traditional development frameworks, and able to propose architectural solutions that balance speed, scalability, and business value.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and documentation for new integrations, platform features, and tools Evaluate platform architecture options and propose solutions - e.g., headless CMS integrations, low-code vs. custom front-end trade-offs, or embedded tools inside Salesforce Build and test prototypes and proofs of concept (POC) to validate functionality, integrations, or automation workflows Test tooling functionality by working with APIs, building code snippets, and developing prototypes to support POC work. You should feel comfortable getting in the weeds to test and modify integrations and front-end UX components Own data integrations, including connections to Snowflake and learning systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and usability Lead third-party integration work (e.g., DataCamp, Yoodli, Credly, Questionmark), managing setup, testing, and functional implementation Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Enablement stakeholders, and IT partners to define technical requirements and manage delivery Support QA, UAT, and documentation to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and ready for rollout Partner with Enablement to define processes and ensure new tools fit into the broader platform experience Stay up-to-date on the technical capabilities of vendor platforms and contribute to tool selection, integration strategy, and platform design discussions
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, computer engineering, or technical consulting; Masters preferred 7-10+ years of experience in a product owner, technical product manager, systems analyst, or integration-focused role, including hands-on experience building lightweight prototypes or working front ends that demonstrate architectural feasibility (ex: integrating a headless CMS into a functional UI) and prototyping, testing, and delivering scalable solutions Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, LMS platforms, CMS platforms, ETL tools) Ability to evaluate and recommend architectural approaches - e.g., deciding when to use a headless CMS, low-code platform, or front-end framework like React or Next.js A project management mindset, building clear workback plans coupled with an ability to wear many hats and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing personal time and multiple projects efficiently A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, including being comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with agile practices, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills Bonus: experience with enablement platforms like Seismic, LMS platforms, and tools like Accredible, Questionmark, and Yoodli
WHY THIS ROLE?
Join a business team operating like a product organization inside a high-growth company Be the technical bridge between business needs and platform execution Grow into a platform architect or senior technical product manager role with expanding ownership Help transform how a global sales organization learns, collaborates, and performs
