Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to lead the Inventory management process for our two largest divisions in Headquarter, Milpitas. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a combination of business savvy, robust business partnership skill, and rich knowledge of manufacturing operations/Inventory. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about improving business outcomes through data and analytics and equipped to manage ambiguity. Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical business cycle for two major business unit in US- Excess & No Demand Analysis, Inventory Forecast Reporting

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Master Schedule, Engineering to build solid understanding of Inventory flow, Material risk/exposure, Build/Ship plan, FGI, and provide solutions on inventory risk mitigation

  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate large amount of data, and be able to synthesize raw data into meaningful information

  • Outstanding presentation skill as this role requires to lead quarterly presentations to KLA executives; high visibility

  • Design, develop and execute different projects to improve operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing operations, Finance, Manufacturing Accounting, or with meaningful experience in Inventory Management and COGS analysis

  • Teammate with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical approach

  • Relentless work hard: Willing go above and beyond to deliver results

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context

  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and cross functional teams, multi-task and drive actions to completion under deadlines

Base Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $151,100.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
